How to make a Siomai a Asian Cusine with this Easy Steps


Making Siomai is very easy and simple but here in this blog, I wanna share with you the complete ingredients and steps on how to make a very delicious siomai. Dont's skip every detail ill be given to you. So let's Get Started!!!

First, we need ingredients of course!! Don't worry Siomai Ingredients are very affordable and I bet you can afford to buy all these. 😋

💓INGREDIENTS💓

  •  1 Kg Ground pork
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon white sugar
  • 6 Pieces of Shrimp (cuts into pieces)
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger, grated (cuts into very small pieces) 
  •  1 Piece raw egg
  • 1 Small Carrot minced (cuts into very small pieces)
  • 2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Coldwater
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil or Cooking oil
  • 1Tablespoon Oystersauce or 1tablespoon Soysauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • Spring onions or Red onions, minced (either Spring or Red onions but I prefer Red onions)
  • Celery 4 Stalks
  • Plastic Wrap
And now we will proceed to Steps 😍

💖STEPS💖

  • Get a Clean Bowl Put the 1 Kg Ground pork inside the bowl.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
  • Add 1/2 Sugar
  • Mix all together (so that fat and texture mix all up together until it will turn into sticky)
  • Then add 6 pieces of Shrimp (cuts into pieces) and Minced ginger then mix it up
  • Add 1 piece Raw egg and Minced Onions 
  • Add Grinded Carrots and 2 Tablespoon of Cornstarch
  • Then add 1/2 of Coldwater and mix up again
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce (you can use Soy Sauce)
  • Then add Celery 4 stalks, minced
  • Then Stir up all together inside the bowl for 5 minutes 
  • Wrap Your Bowl Using Plastic Wrap then Wait for 1 hour
  • After One hour Prepare your Steamer with Low to Medium Hot
  • Then add 2 tablespoons each to Siomai Wrapper (you can also adjust if you want)
  • After doing that. Apply Sesame Oil ( you can also use Cooking oil) with Cooking Brush  on a Steamer Plate (to avoid sticking from it) 
  • Then put those raw Siomai on Top of Steamer Plate
  • Then wait for 18-20 minutes with a low-medium Heat.
After 18-20 minutes then you're done 😍 Delicious Siomai is now Served and Ready to Eat!!
